Role Responsibilities

·         Lead and manage the Quality & Reliability Assurance (QRA) team of approximately 20–30 staff and technicians to support manufacturing operations.

·         Establish, implement, and maintain quality assurance and quality control systems in accordance with company policies, ISO standards, and customer requirements.

·         Plan and conduct regular internal process audits to ensure compliance with SOPs, quality plans, and regulatory standards.

·         Monitor critical process parameters and product quality indicators to ensure processes operate within defined control limits.

·         Lead investigation of product, process, or system non-conformities using structured root cause analysis methodologies.

·         Drive implementation and verification of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to eliminate defects and prevent recurrence.

·         Develop, review, and maintain quality documentation including SOPs, work instructions, control plans, and quality records.

·         Collect, analyse, and trend quality data using SPC and other statistical tools to identify improvement opportunities.

·         Prepare and present quality performance reports, risk assessments, and improvement proposals to management.

·         Drive continual improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Total Quality Management (TQM) methodologies.

·         Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to improve process stability, yield, and product consistency.

·         Support customer, certification body, and regulatory audits, including audit preparation, execution, and follow-up actions.

·         Promote quality awareness and a strong quality culture across the organisation.

·         Train and coach production and engineering teams on quality standards, procedures, and problem-solving techniques.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety, cleanroom protocols, and company policies when operating in production environments.


Role Requirements


·         Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.

·         Minimum with 6 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, quality engineering, or process engineering within a manufacturing environment.

·         Proven experience in leading or supervising a quality team is required.

·         Strong working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), preferably IATF-16949/ISO 9001 or equivalent.

·         Hands-on experience with SPC, RCA, FMEA, and CAPA methodologies.

·         Certification such as Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or ISO Auditor is an advantage.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and data-driven approach.

·         Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

·         Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

·         Familiarity with cleanroom or regulated manufacturing environments is an advantage.

·         Willingness to support operational needs during audits, investigations, or critical quality issues.
