Job Description & Responsibilities:
Drive market development for power protection and power quality solutions, planning and executing effective sales strategies. Manage all stages of the sales process to ensure timely and efficient customer service.
Focus on process improvements and customer satisfaction, with a strong drive to boost sales and profitability. Work independently with minimal supervision and sound judgment.
Generate sales leads and implement multi-level sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Build and maintain customer relationships through regular visits, follow-ups, and understanding clients’ strategic plans to support long-term growth.
Deliver technical presentations and training to prospective and existing customers. Track sales leads, monitor project progress, and address feedback on quality and delivery.
Requirements:
NITEC or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
At least 2 years of direct technical sales experience, preferably in Power Protection Systems or Power Distribution.
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Highly organized with strong sales, project, and task management abilities.
