Our Client, a building developer, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as BIM Coordinator.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drafting & Documentation

  • Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for construction, fabrication, and coordination purposes.

  • Update and maintain as-built drawings and project documentation.

  • Ensure drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements.

• BIM Coordination

  • Develop, manage, and update BIM models (architectural, structural, M&E).

  • Coordinate and integrate models from consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

  • Conduct clash detection and resolve design discrepancies using BIM tools.

  • Support digital construction processes, including 4D/5D BIM if required.

• Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors.

  • Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and present clash reports.

  • Ensure alignment of drawings/models with construction sequencing and site conditions.

• Quality & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate drawing and model libraries in accordance with company standards.

  • Implement and enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project-specific modeling protocols.

  • Monitor adherence to quality control procedures and project timelines.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil/Structural/Architectural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

• BIM certificate

• Minimum 2 years experience in Autocad Drafting & Autodesk Revit Modelling

• Working Days/Hours           : 6 days (Monday to Saturday)
