Our client is a leading construction company in Singapore. We are seeking an experienced Senior BMS Engineer to lead the design, coordination, and commissioning of Building Management System (BMS) works. This role requires strong technical expertise in BMS integration with ACMV, electrical, and other M&E systems, ensuring smooth project execution from design to handover.

This position reports to the Manager.

【 Responsibilities 】
- Perform detailed engineering design, system configuration, and preparation of shop drawings for BMS works.
- Supervise and coordinate BMS installation, wiring, and integration activities on site.
- Lead testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning of BMS systems.
- Ensure all BMS works comply with project specifications, design standards, and statutory regulations.
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, progress reports, and operation & maintenance manuals.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site technicians.

【 Requirement & Preferences 】

(Must)
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- 4 –7 years of hands-on experience in BMS engineering, including design, installation, and commissioning.
- Strong understanding of BMS system architecture, PLC/DCC controllers, networking, and system integration.
- Familiar with ACMV and other M&E systems in building or industrial environments.
- Proficient in BMS software tools and engineering platforms.
- Willingness to work in the Tuas area (transportation provided from the designated MRT station).
- Willingness to work on weekends or outside regular business hours when required. (This is a 5-day work week role; however, due to the nature of the job, occasional work beyond standard hours may be necessary.)
- Able to join with 1-2 months' notice or a short period
