Quantity Surveyor (Government Project) - Facilities Management - #1132551

We are seeking a SISV-accredited Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will manage project costs, contracts, and procurement, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, and budgets.

• Conduct cost estimation, cost planning, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage procurement, supplier/vendor quotations, and contractor payments.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular cost reports to management.

• Advise on contractual matters, variations, claims, and risk mitigation.

• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure cost efficiency and compliance.

Requirements:

• SISV-accredited Quantity Surveyor preferred

• Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in contracts, cost control, and procurement.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with government / large-scale commercial projects.

• Membership with RICS or other relevant professional bodies.
