Corporate Admin Assistant - #1132465

Key Responsibilities
Provide general corporate administrative support, including document filing, record management, and correspondence
Assist with submission of applications, forms, and reports to relevant authorities or external parties
Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and track follow-up action items
Support Human Resource administration, including staff records, onboarding documentation, and leave tracking
Monitor and assist with processing payments, invoices, and staff expense claims, ensuring proper documentation
Coordinate internal approvals and administrative workflows across departments
Assist with policy documents, SOP updates, and internal communications
Support audit preparation by collating administrative records and evidence
Liaise with vendors and service providers on administrative matters
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field
At least 1 year of administrative or office support experience preferred
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
