Job Description / Responsibilities:
Provide HR support for Singapore/Malaysia organization
Handle HR operations: Compensation & Benefits (analysis, insurance processes), Talent & Learning (training coordination), Talent Acquisition (job posting, resume screening, interviews, offers)
Support HR Business Partnering: collaborate with business leaders to drive organizational priorities
Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding to offboarding
Plan and execute employee wellbeing activities
Follow up on HR calendar and deadlines
Support HR projects and ad-hoc requests, including data analysis and reporting
Identify process improvements to increase client satisfaction and efficiency
Requirements / Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 8 years HR experience, with exposure to multiple HR functions (C&B, TA, PD)
Knowledge of HR systems
Strong stakeholder management, project management, and operational excellence
Ability to work independently and in a team
Flexible, adaptable, and results-driven
Strong integrity, ownership, and professionalism
Demonstrates Challenge, Collaborate, and Care in interactions
