URGENTLY HIRING INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER (NETWORK + SERVER)

We are looking for an experienced AVP/VP-level IT Infrastructure professional with strong hands-on expertise in both network and server management. This is a senior individual contributor role, focusing on designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise IT infrastructure for a financial services organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain enterprise network and server infrastructure, including Windows/Linux servers, Virtualization, LAN/WAN, and firewalls.

• Implement infrastructure upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.

• Ensure compliance with IT security, audit, and regulatory requirements.

• Support architecture design, migration initiatives, and infrastructure optimization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.

• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and problem-solving for mission-critical IT systems.

Requirements:

• AVP/VP-level experience in hands-on IT infrastructure work, preferably in financial services.

• Strong technical expertise in network administration, server management (Windows/Linux), Virtualization and enterprise IT infrastructure.

• Familiarity with ITIL processes, incident and change management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Ability to operate independently and handle complex technical challenges.
