A leading healthcare provider is looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Patient Service Associate to support daily patient-facing operations and ensure a smooth and positive experience for all visitors.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and payment collection

• Support video consultations by setting up online logistics and assisting with the session

• Respond to patient queries and guide them through the healthcare system

• Provide mobility support to patients, including wheelchair assistance

• Assist in consultation rooms by preparing medical equipment, chaperoning during exams, and facilitating communication between doctor and patient when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels

• Able to work a 5.5-day week, including Saturdays
