About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated WSH/EHS Officer to ensure the highest standards of workplace safety, health, and environmental compliance across our construction sites. You will be responsible for overseeing all related site activities, working closely with project teams and contractors to mitigate high-risk hazards. Your role is key to implementing robust systems, ensuring statutory compliance, and fostering a proactive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all project-related safety, health, and environmental (EHS) activities.

• Implement, monitor, and enforce the site's EHS management system.

• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify unsafe conditions or practices.

• Work collaboratively with the project team and contractors to control high-risk hazards.

• Ensure full compliance with MOM, NEA, and corporate EHS regulations at all times.

• Prepare, submit statutory reports and maintain of documentation for all EHS issues according to ISO.

• Serve as the primary liaison with relevant authorities on EHS matters.

• Support and promote all in-house EHS initiatives and campaigns.

Requirements:

·       Minimum Specialist Diploma in Safety, Health and Environment as stipulated in the Singapore Ministry of Manpower’s accepted WSH-related qualifications

·       Registered WSHO with Ministry of Manpower

·       At least 5 years' experience as Workplace Safety and Health Officer in the construction industry.

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
