Job responsibilities:

Project & Contract Management

  • Plan and manage building, A&A, and improvement projects from planning to completion.

  • Prepare tender documents, quotations, and technical specifications.

  • Familiar with Govt’s Agencies Application.

  • Chair progress meetings and monitor timelines, costs, claims, and variation orders.

  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

  • Manage project handover, defects rectification, and documentation.

Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Review and endorse AOR, ITQ, and ITT submissions.

  • Source, evaluate, appoint, and manage vendors and service providers.

  • Manage service contracts and renewals, ensuring performance and value for money.

Estate Operations

  • Oversee daily estate operations, inspections, and maintenance works.

  • Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for soft and hard services.

  • Monitor operational budgets and ensure compliance with policies and audit requirements.

  • Maintain estate records, drawings, and O&M documentation.

  • Drive efficiency, cost control, and technology adoption.

Fire Safety & Emergency Preparedness

  • Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and Emergency Response Plan.

  • Manage renewal of fire certificates and supervise fire safety systems maintenance.

Stakeholder & Team Management

  • Respond to stakeholder feedback and ensure timely issue resolution.

  • Supervise, assign tasks, and support development of estate staff.

Administrative Duties

  • Support day-to-day departmental operations and prepare reports.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Facilities, Engineering, Building, Project Management, or related discipline.

  • 3–5 years’ relevant experience in estate operations or project management.

  • Experience in tender preparation, contract, and vendor management.

  • Knowledge of building systems and statutory requirements.

  • Familiar in AutoCAD, MS Project.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

  • PMP, WSQ Safety, or Fire Safety certification is an advantage.
