Job Scopes:

• Check and verify identity and income documents submitted by applicants.
• Process bursary/notebook applications according to established criteria and procedures.
• Follow up on applicants’ enquiries via hotline/email and request any outstanding documents required for assessment.
• Archive digital documents for each bursary/notebook application in the specified repository.
• Apply basic judgment in processing bursaries according to established guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean(s) only.
• Minimum GCE 'A' Level.
