Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the delivery and performance of facilities management services in the assigned zone/building(s).
Ensure all fire safety requirements outlined in the fire safety plan are adhered to at all times.
Lead and manage a team of Engineers and Technical Officers to fulfill contract obligations and responsibilities.
Provide technical support for M&E services under IFM, IBC, and A&A projects.
Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and strategic partners as required.
Manage work schedules, project timelines, and oversee maintenance and operational activities.
Oversee minor and major repairs/replacements (LCR) for M&E systems and track operations for work requests and fault reports from clients.
Contribute to innovation and sustainability initiatives within the facilities management scope.
Apply strong engineering problem-solving skills to address failures in M&E, building, and infrastructure systems.
Prepare and submit progress and monthly claims.
Manage contractors for all project-related works, including minor and major projects.
Requirements:
Possess a recognized tertiary qualification (or equivalent) with at least 3 years relevant post-graduate experience, or 5 years for diploma holders in the facilities management or related built environment industry.
For Fire Safety Manager (FSM) responsibilities: minimum 2 years relevant experience
Strong leadership, technical, and project management skills.
