Job Responsibilities
• Ensuring accurate bookkeeping with highest accuracy, consistency and efficiency
• Post the right questions about staff’s claims/spending
• Payment issuance, processing and filing
• Check through bills/invoices to spot for mistakes to avoid over payment• Schedule bank transactions and issue pay slips
• Managing invoices, support in duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Handle any other administrative duties as assigned by Management
Job Requirements:
· Good attitude and responsible
· Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Proactive and willing to learn
· Able to work under Boss’s constant pressure
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
· Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
