Working Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)
Salary: Up to $3450
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 11-month contract
Key Duties
Process internship/work-study claims and track grant budgets.
Maintain programme records, ensure compliance & support audits.
Review course evaluation forms; prepare Director submissions.
Support industry & stakeholder engagement; coordinate events.
Analyse programme data, maintain dashboards and prepare reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2–3 years in programme/education administration or operations.
Strong Excel skills; experience with claims/grant tracking advantageous.
Good communication, stakeholder engagement and multitasking abilities.
