Manage customers’ complaints, enquiries, issues and feedback
Support in sales calls to potential customers
Coordinate and execute new social media marketing initiatives and promotional activities (E.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Carousell etc.)
Coordinate the daily operations of the self-storage business (PoS System for Self-Storage – SiteLink, Facility Management, Report Maintenance)
Support in administrative duties (E.g. Raising Purchase Requests, Quotations, Sending Invoices, Filing)
Perform any generic customer service functions
Requirements:
Diploma in Business / Marketing / Marketing Communication / Customer Service / Hospitality
Microsoft Office skills is required
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in self-storage/ retail industry
Able to work with multiple stakeholders
Willing to learn and results driven
Work Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm) | Saturday (9am - 1pm)
