Planning Engineer-Building Projects-Upto $8,500 per Month - #1132078

We are in a joint venture with a leading A1 Main Contractor delivering large scale building construction projects across Singapore. Due to ongoing and upcoming works, we are hiring experienced Planning Engineers to support project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and claims related matters.

Position 1: Planning Engineer - Upto SG$ 6,000 (Negotiable)

Position 2: Senior Planning Engineer - Upto SG$ 8,500 (Negotiable)

Eligibility: Must be Singapore Permanent Resident

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop baseline schedules including resource loading and progress tracking

• Monitor construction progress and identify delay events and their impacts

• Prepare regular progress reports, programme updates, and progress audits

• Prepare computer generated construction programmes using Primavera P6 and or MS Project

• Prepare commissioning programmes and recovery schedules where required

• Analyse critical paths and recommend mitigation measures to support project delivery

• Support time related claims, EOT submissions, and post contract programme reviews

• Provide planning input for claims, disputes, and potential litigation matters

• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors

• Continuously review planning systems and recommend improvements in line with industry best practices

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline

• Minimum 3–10 years of relevant experience in building construction projects

• Proven experience with Main Contractors is essential

• Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project

• Familiar with Singapore construction practices and site coordination
