Summary:

• Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project teams on purchase requests and delivery schedules

• Interpret BQ / tender documents to identify correct materials and quantities

• Source ELV & electrical materials (CCTV, UPS, cabling, trunking, DBs, etc.)

• Review and compare supplier quotations and technical specifications

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and lead time with suppliers

• Issue PO / DO and coordinate deliveries to site or warehouse

• Handle delivery delays, quality issues, returns, and warranty claims

• Maintain proper procurement documentation and supplier database

• Ensure purchases stay within approved budgets
