Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in project execution, scheduling, coordination with subcontractors, and project documentation

• Support technical coordination, design review, and construction-related engineering matters

• Monitor project progress to ensure quality standards, timelines, and cost control are met

• Handle site coordination, progress claims, and payment certification support

• Contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery, cost efficiency, and operational effectiveness

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• At least 1–2 years of experience in construction or ACMV project environments

• Basic understanding of design, site coordination, and building works

• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders

• Experience with cleanroom, lab, or high-spec construction projects is advantageous
