We are seeking a results-driven Sales Personnel to expand our customer base and increase revenue through strong customer relationships and active sales activities. The role will involve client management, product promotion, and participation in food fairs, trade shows, and product launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customer needs, collect feedback, and answer enquiries.

• Maintain customer records and note special requests.
  维护客户资料并记录特殊要求。

• Maintain regular contact with customers to build long-term business relationships.
  定期与客户保持联系，建立长期合作关系。

• Generate new leads and expand the customer base.
  开发潜在客户，拓展客户群体。

• Collaborate with R&D to develop new products based on feedback.
  与研发部门合作，根据客户反馈开发新产品。

• Follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable, collect payments and submit to accounts department.
  跟进客户应收账款，收取客户付款并提交至财务部门。

• Participate in food fairs, trade shows, and promotional events to promote company products.
  参与美食展、贸易展及推广活动，推销公司产品。

• Conduct market research and produce marketing/promotional materials.
  进行市场调研并制作营销及推广物料。

• Maintain professional image, grooming, and etiquette.
  注意仪容仪表及礼仪，维护公司形象。
  Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in both Chinese and English for professional communication with customers.
  精通中英文，能够与客户进行专业沟通。

• Skilled in presenting products, generating leads, and closing sales deals.
  擅长产品推介、客户开发与销售成交。

• Familiar with product features and food industry trends, customer needs, and able to provide product advice (e.g., cooking methods, shelf life, allergens).
  熟悉产品特性与质量标准及食品行业趋势，了解客户需求，能为客户提供产品建议（如烹饪方法、保质期及过敏原提示）。

• Capable of producing marketing materials, conducting customer/market research, and representing the company at fairs/events.
  能制作营销物料，进行市场调研，并代表公司参加展会及活动。

• Able to manage orders, accounts, and schedules systematically.
  能系统地管理订单、账款及工作进度。

• Able to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and achieve sales targets.
  能独立工作，管理多个客户，并完成销售目标。

• Able to use Chinese as a working language to serve Chinese-speaking customers.
  能以中文作为工作语言，为华语客户提供服务。

• Proficient in both Chinese and English for professional communication.
  具备良好的中英文沟通能力。

• Experience in the Chinese F&B business will be an advantage.
  具备华人餐饮行业相关经验者优先。

• Skilled in product presentation, lead generation, and closing sales.
  擅长产品介绍、客户开发及销售成交。

• Familiar with food products, industry trends, and customer needs, and able to provide basic product advice(e.g. cooking methods, shelf life, allergens).
  熟悉食品产品特性、行业趋势及客户需求，能提供基本产品建议（如烹饪方式、保质期及过敏原说明）。

• Able to manage orders, customer accounts, and work schedules in an organized manner.
  能有系统地管理订单、客户账目及工作进度。

• Able to work independently, manage multiple customer accounts, and meet sales targets.
  能独立工作，同时管理多个客户并达成销售目标。

• Able to carry and handle loads of upto 6kg, as delivery of product samples may be required.
  能搬运及处理不超过 6 公斤的物品（需外出携带产品样品）。

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent 文凭或以上学历

• Experience in food sales or related industry 有食品销售或相关行业经验

• Proficient in Chinese and English 中英文流利

• Preferably with a valid driving licence 拥有驾照者优先

Working Hours 工作时间:

• 5-day work week 五天工作制 ︰8am - 5pm

• Rest day on Sunday and one weekday
  周日固定休息，另一天平日轮休

• If required to work on Saturday, the rest day will be moved to a weekday
  如需周六上班，休息日将调至平日
