Job Responsibilities
Support sourcing activities, including RFQs, and assist in evaluating costs, lead times, and supplier proposals based on defined criteria.
Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding processes, including compliance checks and purchase requisition approvals via PowerApps and SAP Ariba.
Prepare RFQ/RFP/tender documentation and coordinate site walks with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Liaise with user departments to gather requirements, provide procurement support, and handle ad-hoc tasks or assigned projects.
Job Requirements
Education
NITEC or above.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SAP Ariba is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, balance operational and project work, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive learner with good communication and basic negotiation skills.
Able to start work within short notice.
