Warehouse Supervisor - #1131493

Job Highlight:

• East @ Changi Area

• Monday - Friday, 9AM to 6PM

• Up to $5K + AWS + VB

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, and provide coaching and guidance to the warehouse team.

• Track, analyze, and report operational KPIs; identify gaps and implement corrective actions to achieve performance targets.

• Optimize warehouse space utilization, plan manpower deployment and equipment usage in alignment with volume forecasts and operational requirements.

• Ensure all inventory movements are accurately processed, documented, and updated in the system in compliance with established Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

• Maintain high inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock reconciliation, investigations, and proper storage controls.

• Manage warehouse consumables, coordinate equipment maintenance schedules, and ensure material handling equipment is operational and ready for use.

• Enforce compliance with workplace safety regulations and maintain high housekeeping standards in line with 5S practices.

• Review, update, and implement SOPs while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, workflow efficiency, and service quality.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain or relevant discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations and at least 3 years experience in supervisory and leadership.

• Strong knowledge in ERP/WMS system

• Detailed oriented and problem solving ability.
