Our client is seeking a Snr Executive/ Asst Sales Manager, Air Freight (Indoor/Outdoor) to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

• Drive sales growth: Handle existing customers and identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and sales visits.

• Deliver compelling pitches: Craft and present effective sales pitches to potential customers, consistently achieving sales targets.

• Negotiate contracts: Participate in price negotiations and contract discussions, offering competitive solutions tailored to client needs.

• Manage client relationships: Prepare air freight quotations, follow up on shipments, and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with internal departments to fulfill client requirements and ensure seamless service delivery.

• Develop innovative solutions: Use creative thinking to manage risks and ensure smooth recovery from any service disruptions.

Who are they looking for?

• Industry experience: Ideally, you have at least 5 years of experience in air freight, particularly in the freight forwarding industry.

• Sales orientation: You're committed, proactive, and self-motivated with a pleasant personality and strong sales skills.

• Tech-savvy: You're proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Educational background: You hold a minimum of a Diploma or equivalent qualification.
