Quantity Surveyor - #1131999

Key Responsibilities:

·         Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates

·         Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures

·         Review and analyze contracts, tender documents, and pricing schedules

·         Work closely with the project manager and site team to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery

·         Handle procurement and manage subcontractors

·         Prepare final accounts and ensure compliance with regulations and standards

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field

·         2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry

·         Knowledge of building regulations, construction processes, and project management

·         Strong proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite

·         Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
