What We’re Looking For:
Customer Service Executive who has strong automotive knowledge and relevant experience in the industry. The ideal candidate will be comfortable discussing vehicle-related inquiries and providing excellent support to our customers.
1 to 2 years of experience in customer service.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Able to communicate fluently in English and Chinese to liaise with English and Chinese speaking customers respectively.
Team player with strong problem-solving skills.
Applicant must able and willing to work on alternate Saturday.
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays 8:30am – 6pm, Alternate Saturdays 8:30am – 12:30pm
Key Responsibilities :
Monitor key service metrics - customer loyalty , service performance and satisfaction.
Make a real impact by improving service quality and customer experience.
Analyze customer feedback (surveys, complaints, escalations) to identify areas for improvement.
Work with aftersales teams to implement service quality improvements and customer delight initiatives.
Prepare service quality reports and present actionable insights to management.
Ensure compliance with service processes and recommend improvements where needed.
