Job Description
HR Admin Duties:
Handle recruitment process
Prepare employment-related letters and company memos
Handle payroll and salary related matters
Handle work application and factory licenses on government portals
Handle staff insurance and welfare matter
Handle submission and processing of statutory payments and claims
Maintain accurate records in the HR system and employees' personal files.
Manage and coordinate travel arrangement
Issuance & control of company items.
Handle staff’s training matters
Liaise with vendors on office/building/dormitory maintenance
Prepare HR admin related reports
Accounts Duties:
Input suppliers’ invoices (AR)
Process payments (AP)
Match purchase orders, deliver orders with supplier invoices
Perform reconciliation
Monitor AR ageing report and follow up with the collection for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
Other HR admin/accounts duties as assigned by superior.
Requirement
At least 1 year of working experience in related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge in Easypay payroll software will be an advantage.
Preferably able to converse and write in Mandarin to manage Chinese-speaking workers.
