We are looking for a high energy, sales-driven Business Development Executive who is passionate about helping customers succeed. What you'll be doing

1. Proactively identify and qualify new leads and sales opportunities

2. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to convert leads into new customers

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services

5. Continuously monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify new growth areas

6. Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to the management team

What we're looking for

1. Diploma or at least 2 years experience in new business development or sales role, preferably in industrial packaging & warehousing solutions or a related industry.

2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

3. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

6. Possess a Singapore Class 3 Driving License (preferably with own vehicle)
