About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Production Engineer to join our dynamic team at AP TECHNOLOGIES GROUP PTE. LTD. in the West Region. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in optimising our manufacturing processes and driving continuous improvement across our production operations.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing efficient production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and organisational goals

• Analysing production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, resolve bottlenecks, and enhance overall production efficiency

• Designing and implementing process improvements, workflow changes, and new technologies to boost productivity and quality

• Monitoring and maintaining production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime

• Providing technical support and training to production staff to enhance their skills and capabilities

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

• Degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with a track record of driving continuous improvement

• Proficient in production planning, scheduling, and process optimisation

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and experience in implementing lean initiatives

• Proficient in using production management software and data analysis tools
