Our client is seeking a Drafter to join their team!

Other Information:

• Working Day: 5 Days

• Working Hour: 9am-6pm

• Salary Range: $2500-$3000

• Working Location: Woodland Loop (Admiralty / Sembawang MRT)

• Have Performance Bonus, 12 days Annual Leave (Capped at 16 days)
  

What you'll be doing?

• Design Kitchens: Handle complex F&B kitchen designing and drafting assignments under minimal supervision.

• Create Drawings: Develop drawings and models from written and verbal specifications.

• Manage Projects: Complete project responsibilities within scope, budget, and schedule.

• Maintain Drawings: Keep all revisions of project drawings up to date.

• Develop Prototypes: Create prototypes, 2D and 3D (If needed) drawings for projects.

• Check Drawings: Examine and check engineering drawings for compliance with specifications.

• Provide Assistance: Offer timely technical assistance and solutions to the team.
  

Who are they looking for?

• Professional Qualification: Candidates with a Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Architecture or equivalent are preferable.

• Experience: At least 1 year of working experience in the related field in Interior Design industry is required.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is necessary. Revit software is a plus.
