Our client is a long-established food ingredient manufacturer in Singapore with strong export markets across Asia and beyond. This role role gives you hands-on ownership of export shipments — from documentation to coordination with forwarders and overseas customers. You’ll be involved in the full shipping cycle which is great for building strong export and logistics experience.

• Prepare full set of shipping documents such as BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Insurance, Custom Forms, COO etc. (For LC shipment, sea shipment & air shipment)

• Apply SFA Export Health Cert & Free Sale Cert

• Arrange courier of samples and documents

• Prepare shipping marking

• Ensure all outbound shipping documentation process in a timely and complies with customers’ requirement

• Data entry and filing of documents

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in shipping documentation
