Our client is seeking an Assistant Sales Support Manager to join their team!

Our client is a well-established, halal-certified food manufacturing SME in Singapore, dedicated to providing high-quality pastries and cakes. With a commitment to sustainable growth and a strong community focus, they offer a dynamic and rewarding work environment.

• Working Day: 5 days

• Working Hour: 830am-6pm

• Working Location: 28 Riverside Rd, #07-01 Progen Building, Singapore 739085

• Salary Range: $4,200-$5,200

• 18 Days Annual Leave (Increase 1 day per year, capped at 21 Days), Performance Bonus

What you'll be doing?

• Sales Support & Coordination: Collaborate with Sales Managers on order processing, quotation preparation, and customer follow-ups. Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.

• Inside Sales & Upselling: Engage in inside sales activities to boost business growth. Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

• Team Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor the Sales Support team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.

Who are they looking for?

• Minimum Diploma: A minimum of a Diploma in Business or a related field is required; a degree is preferred.

• 5 Years of Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales support or inside sales, preferably in B2B or food manufacturing sectors.

• Team Leadership: Prior experience in leading or supervising a team.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is advantageous.
