Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with defined customer segments.
Prepare detailed sales plans based on market analysis and buyer behavior.
Track sales channels, competitor activities, and market trends to identify opportunities.
Evaluate sales performance, diagnose gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
Generate and nurture leads through strategic networking and outreach initiatives.
Design and implement plans to attract new customers and expand market reach.
Strengthen customer acquisition and retention through targeted sales initiatives.
Assess customer needs and deliver tailored sales proposals and solutions.
Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain close follow-ups with key accounts to close deals and secure timely payments.
Establish and manage structured customer relationship programs.
Leverage customer feedback and market insights to support product and service improvements.
Use data-driven analysis to enhance customer loyalty and long-term retention.
Respond promptly and effectively to customer issues and escalations.
Lead and manage sales team members to achieve departmental objectives.
Plan, monitor, and control the department’s budget.
Train, coach, and evaluate team performance on an ongoing basis.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of sales personnel.
Review and optimize internal workflows and processes for greater efficiency.
Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Minimum Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent qualification).
At least 8 years of relevant working experience in the FMCG industry.
Proven ability to design and implement effective sales methodologies to drive revenue growth.
Strong experience in monitoring sales channels and analyzing competitors and market demand.
Skilled in evaluating sales performance metrics and customer feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
Demonstrated ability to develop targeted sales plans for specific customer segments.
Proven capability in managing and allocating departmental budgets efficiently.
Proficient in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and proposals.
Strong people management skills, including assessing team needs, training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
