TLK Events & Lightings manages events of all scales — from pasar malams and food fairs to trade fairs and large bazaars. We focus on smooth operations, strong vendor partnerships, and delivering memorable event experiences.
Responsibilities
Prepare and submit documents for SFA submissions.
Track and reconcile daily payment records from vendors.
Handle simple bookkeeping of expenses and revenue transactions.
Liaise with China suppliers thru wechat for order confirmation
Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document packing.
Run errands for management within the warehouse when required.
Provide additional support and take on ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Need to liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and China-based colleagues.
Self-driven, committed, and able to work independently.
Willing to learn, adaptable, and open to added responsibilities for company and personal growth.
Meticulous, organized, and comfortable liaising with vendors when needed.
5-day work week.
