Responsibilities

• Manage retail and e-commerce operations to achieve sales targets.

• Lead customer experience initiatives and represent the brand at events, including VIP interactions.

• Identify and resolve operational gaps in collaboration with store teams and merchandising.

Requirements

• Degree in Business studies or equivalent.

• 10+ years of luxury retail management experience.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing multiple locations.

• Business-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and retail management systems.

• Strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making skills.
