Job Scope

  • Assist in the implementation and management of food safety (HACCP & ISO 22000) and quality assurance programs across Central Kitchen and outlets

  • Train staff on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food hygiene, and proper food handling techniques

  • Support QA testing programs and new product development initiatives

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with standards

  • Ensure strict adherence to all SOPs at Central Kitchen and outlets

  • Liaise with vendors and contractors on maintenance and food safety/QA-related matters



Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma in Food Science & Technology or related field

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the QA field in the F&B industry
