Job Responsibilities

• Support the development of a comprehensive roadmap to achieve world-class operational excellence over the next few years.

• Conduct an in-depth analysis of the current operational state and create projections for the desired future state at three-year and five-year intervals, leveraging Lean methodology and Six Sigma process control techniques to guide the transformation.

• Formulate a long-term strategy for digitalization, technology adoption, automation, and artificial intelligence (AI) implementation, aligned with the established roadmap and assessment.

• Champion the KAIZEN philosophy and foster a culture of continuous improvement by driving the adoption of Lean methodology through training, coaching, and mentoring.

• Lead, manage, and facilitate Lean initiatives and projects across the organization from inception to implementation.

• Perform critical analysis of existing processes and procedures to identify opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvement, safety enhancement, reliability, and process efficiency, with the goal of eliminating non-value-added activities.

• Collaborate with partners on cutting-edge technological innovation projects that enhance operational efficiency or support new business growth.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder.

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

• Strong understanding of Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies.

• Proven track record of successfully executing large-scale projects that delivered measurable reductions in operational costs.

• Extensive experience in implementing digital transformation initiatives, including integration of multiple IT systems across all business functions.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze business and operational processes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and quality enhancement.
