About the role
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide personalised and good customer service in the clinic and jobsite in accordance with established policies and procedures, standards of nursing care and practices
. Provide a holistic, multifaceted, and person-centred approach to plan and execute care to meet the patient’s needs.
. Provide professional nursing care (ECG, STO, Dressing, blood pressure checking, venipuncture for blood sampling), educate the patient and family on recovery and financial advice /charges, and perform related duties.
. Ensure that the patient receives the prescribed medications. Be meticulous when dispensing according to instructions.
We're looking for candidates with experience in on-site projects, such as managing nursing tasks at shipyards, company offices, factories, or on board vessels."
Job Requirements:
. A candidate with a Diploma in nursing or a relevant Diploma is preferred
. A candidate with relevant working experience is preferred.
. We will provide adequate training for Entry Level Candidates.
. Good communication skills
. Able to work closely with team members.
Working hours: 6days a week.
What you'll be doing
Performing Audiometry or Hearing tests for our clients' employees or patients in the clinic or at the worksite to meet MOM's requirements. (Training will be provided)
Driving our vehicle to transport medical equipment, supplies, and personnel as required
Ensuring the proper maintenance and cleanliness of the vehicle and medical equipment
Assisting with the setup and breakdown of medical facilities and equipment at off-site locations
Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to all activities
Adhering to all health, safety, and compliance regulations at all times
Providing other medical and nursing services for our clients in the clinic or jobsite, ( eg performing Drug & Alcohol testing at ship yard or onboard vessel. ( Training will be provided)
What we're looking for
Relevant qualifications and experience as an Enrolled nurse role.
A valid driver's licence and experience in operating a class 3 vehicle
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow strict protocols and procedures
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and on-call duties
A commitment to providing high-quality customer service and patient care
