• Location: East Region

• Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm)

• Signage Manufacturing & Installation industry

Job Responsibility

• Prepare and analyse cost comparisons and estimates.

• Obtain quotations; liaise and negotiate with main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Measure quantities and prepare bills of quantities.

• Prepare variation orders, claims, final accounts, and subcontractor payments.

• Monitor project costs and assist in budget control.

• Support contract administration and project cost reporting.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Building or equivalent.

• Preferably 2 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
