Key Responsibilities

• Handle cargo shipment processes, including documentation, tracking, and coordination
• Liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to ensure smooth cargo flow
• Supervise and guide cargo handlers to achieve on-time loading and unloading performance
• Monitor daily cargo operations and resolve any ground issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards in all cargo activities
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal departments for operational updates
• Support rotating shift operations and assist with ad-hoc duties when required

• Diploma in any discipline
