Job Responsibilities

• Assist in executing corporate communication strategies and developing materials such as press releases, speeches, and executive messaging.

• Coordinate media outreach, manage media engagement during campaigns or crises, and collaborate with agencies to strengthen media relations.

• Ensure consistency in messaging across all channels, maintain brand integrity, and tailor communications to meet business unit requirements.

• Manage the company’s LinkedIn presence, create and schedule content, and develop corporate write-ups for internal and external audiences.

• Work closely with content creators and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to support marketing initiatives.

• Plan and execute CSR initiatives, oversee campaign logistics, and manage post-event communications and reporting.

• Draft crisis response materials, support real-time reputation management, and monitor media and public sentiment for potential issues.

• Contribute to the development of communication plans and calendars and assist in executing related activities.

• Track campaign performance, prepare reporting dashboards, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations, including managerial experience.

• Proven track record in corporate marketing, media relations, and securing earned media coverage.

• Strong experience with social media platforms, collaborating with KOLs, and developing and executing integrated campaigns.
