About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Florist to join our team at ELITE TRANSFORM CONSULTING PLT'. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for a variety of clients and occasions. This is a full-time role based in the Central Region SG.

What you'll be doing

1. Designing and creating custom floral arrangements, bouquets, and centrepieces for events, weddings, and other special occasions

2. Sourcing and maintaining a diverse selection of fresh flowers, foliage, and other botanical materials

3. Providing excellent customer service and collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences

4. Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the floral workshop

5. Ensuring all arrangements are delivered on time and to the highest standard

6. Staying up-to-date with the latest floral design trends and techniques

What we're looking for

1. Strong floral design skills and a keen eye for colour, texture, and composition

2. Experience in the floristry industry, preferably in a retail or event-based setting

3. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure

4. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

5. Creativity and the ability to think outside the box when designing floral arrangements

6. Proficiency in handling and caring for a variety of flowers and plants

7. Reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the business
