Job Summary

The Restaurants & Bars Intern will provide operational support to the SEAK Operations team, collaborating with Multi-Unit Leaders and the Central Performance Delivery team. This role focuses on project management and process improvement initiatives to help achieve business objectives across the SEAK estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in project management for multiple initiatives, including:

  • Top 30 menu review and competitor analysis with recommendations

  • Menu engineering program rollout

  • Contactless dining implementation and feedback loop

  • Continuous improvement of IHG Dining Privileges SOPs

  • Support R&B Sandbox meetings and communications

  • Manage Starbucks and Campari Negroni Week projects, including hotel communications

  • Coordinate performance calls and follow-ups across hotels

• Compile reports, track progress, and ensure timely follow-up on assigned projects

• Liaise with internal teams (Finance, Commercial, CPD, R&B, MUL) and hotel teams

• Participate in Employee Resource Group and Social Responsibility initiatives

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Undergraduate in Business Management or Hospitality (final-year preferred)

• Experience: Prior internship experience in hotel management, consulting, or real estate advisory firms

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Preferable: Adobe Creative Suite knowledge

• Core Competencies:

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently

  • Strong project management and communication skills

  • Ability to generate ideas and approach tasks creatively

  • Team player with a sense of urgency and purpose
