We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Experience & Communications Specialist to join our team. This role bridges brand communications with the experience centre and event experience, ensuring our physical and digital touchpoints consistently reflect our brand values. You will play a key role in crafting engaging communications, supporting showroom operations, and delivering memorable brand experiences for clients, partners, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Communications
• Develop and execute brand communications across digital and physical touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand identity and tone.
• Create and film engaging, digestible content for social media platforms — including short videos, interviews, product spotlights, and behind-the-scenes features.
• Collaborate with designers and project teams to translate design, materials, and technology into relatable visual stories.
• Support regional marketing campaigns and showroom experiences to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Experience Centre Management
• Support the daily operations of the experience centre, ensuring it reflects a premium customer experience.
• Coordinate and host client visits, events, and product presentations.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align showroom activities with campaigns.
• Manage logistics for events, workshops, and training sessions held in the showroom.
Collaboration & Reporting
• Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and media partners.
• Provide reporting and insights on showroom engagement, events, and communications activities.
• Ensure smooth coordination between brand, marketing, and operations.
Requirements
• Background in interior design, architecture, or a related design discipline.
• Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and technology integration.
• Visually attuned and confident on camera, with an eye for detail and content aesthetics.
• Skilled in social media storytelling; comfortable with short-form video creation (Reels, TikTok, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in event coordination or showroom management is a plus.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.
