Site Manager - #1131651

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordination of equipment and manpower requirements;    

• Manage and supervise assigned works on site;

• Plan, organize and control operations to ensure efficient delegation of duties and responsibilities;

• Minimize wastages of materials;

• Ensure productivity targets are met;

• Timely completion of projects;

• Liaise with clients on site matters, assess site conditions and provide information for necessary follow up action;

• Ensure routine maintenance of machines are carried out;        

• To report on all matters relating to the works assigned, problems encountered and suggestions to resolve conflict and cost-savings;

• Carry out site housekeeping regularly; and     

• Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of local construction site experience

• Preferably with experience in LTA projects
