The role is on Sales Account Manager and the main job duties are: -
-Strengthening customer relationship through regular visits, resulting in continuous receipt of service inquiries and prompt handling .
-Continuing focus on strengthening customer service process to improve customer satisfaction.
-Developing keys staffs through training/ coaching/mentoring to enhance their performance with their competencies.
-Conducting monthly meetings with the keys personnel to share and feedback from key results for corrective and continually to seek for process improvement.
-Ensure that customer satisfaction index are met to set benchmark.
-Provide support to Team Leader on every kind of customer enquiries or complaints.
-To take up a proactive sales roles in business developments projects.
-Responsible in conducting sales presentation customers on company's products and solutions.
-Analyze the business market, aligning with the business developments and sales goals of the company.
-Analyze data and propose key solutions to the Managements.
-Gather, compile, analyze and utilize market intelligence to support and facilitate business decision.
-Perform and maintain networking with potential and existing business clients.
-Effectively track and report sales progress to the Management.
-Providing guide to other team members in their work.
