Inventory Control Executive - #1131645

Salary: up to $4,000
Work Location: Boon Lay
Work Days: 5 Days

Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day inventory operations and stock records.
• Maintain accurate inventory data, including transfers and cycle counts.
• Monitor stock levels to support operational and order requirements.
• Coordinate and support periodic stock takes.
• Ensure correct usage of item codes across internal stakeholders.
• Review inventory variances and follow up on discrepancies.
• Analyse stock movement, turnover and inventory levels.
• Prepare and maintain inventory-related reports.
• Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost control.
• Assist with purchase order administration and coordination with finance on related matters.
• Liaise with logistics partners to support order fulfilment.

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline
• At least 5 years' of relevant experience in inventory or supply chain operations
• Detail-oriented, well-organised and proactive
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems
• Singaporean only need apply
