Job Summary :

Working Day : Monday to Friday

Working Hour : 8am - 5pm

Location : Woodlands

Job Responsibilities :

• Order Processing: Manage sales orders using ERP systems (e.g., SAP), ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

• Documentation: Prepare delivery orders, invoices, shipping, and billing documents; handle import/export and customs paperwork, including L/C negotiations when required.

• Logistics Coordination: Liaise with freight forwarders, vendors, warehouses, and transporters to arrange and monitor shipments for on-time, cost-effective delivery.

• Inventory Management: Work with warehouse teams to ensure correct picking, secure packing, and accurate inventory recording.

• Customer Communication: Provide updates on delivery schedules and resolve issues related to delays or production backlogs.

• Compliance: Ensure all shipping activities meet regulatory requirements and documentation matches physical goods.

Requirements:

• Experience in order processing, logistics, or supply chain management.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

• Knowledge of import/export documentation and compliance regulations.

• Strong coordination and communication skills.
