Sales Engineer (ACMV)

• Basic UP $4,000 + Quarterly Commission + Transport Allowance (discussed during interview) + Bonus

• Days / Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm (5-day work week)

• Location: Woodlands Horizon, Singapore 737855

• Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for the Sales Engineer Manager role

We are the sole distributor of a comprehensive range of high-quality HVAC solutions, including acoustic and pre-insulated duct boards, fabric duct systems, electronic and thermal diffusers, mechanical ventilation fans, and frameless diffusers — designed to meet diverse ventilation and air distribution requirements.

Role Objective

To increase brand awareness within targeted market segments by identifying new business opportunities, expanding the client portfolio, and establishing long-term relationships with key customers. This role focuses on strategic channel development, customer engagement, revenue growth, and brand positioning within the ACMV market.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outdoor sales activities to promote ACMV products and solutions

• Develop and grow new accounts, with a strong focus on ACMV contractors

• Drive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets

• Prepare and submit quotations and proposals promptly, with consistent follow-ups

• Forecast demand and ensure adequate stock availability

• Resolve customer-related sales issues efficiently and professionally

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and operational execution

• Strengthen customer relationships and enhance overall brand presence

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in ACMV is an advantage

• Diploma in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field from a recognised polytechnic

• Prior experience in the construction or manufacturing sector is an advantage

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or sales coordination roles (engineering-related preferred)
