Palliative Care Consultant - #1131537

We are looking for a compassionate and committed Palliative Care Consultant / Associate Consultant to provide specialist palliative care to patients with life-limiting illnesses across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings. This role supports holistic, patient-centred care while contributing to service development and education.

• Provide specialist palliative care consultations, including complex symptom management, goals-of-care discussions, and end-of-life care.

• Deliver clinical leadership, mentorship, and education to junior doctors and multidisciplinary teams.

• Develop and deliver palliative care education and training programmes across the organisation.

• Lead and contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, and development of clinical policies and SOPs.

• Support service development, integration with community and hospice partners, and strategic planning initiatives.

• Basic Medical Degree with postgraduate qualifications registrable with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).

• Advanced specialist training in Palliative Medicine (required).

• Strong commitment to caring for patients at the end of life and those with complex physical, psycho-emotional, and social needs.
