Technician (for commercial building) - #1131535

1.     Perform day-to-day installation, maintenance, repair and give technical support to property management operations.

2.     Responsible to assist superior in the implementation of maintenance regime.

3.     Inspect all essential equipment of the building.

4.     Ensure that monthly preventive maintenance is carried out as per maintenance schedules.

5.     Ensure that all facilities (air-con, electrical, fire alarm, sanitary, security, lifts etc.) are in proper working order.

6.     Attend to tenants and patrons’ requests and feedback on all building and M&E related matters.

7.     Supervise maintenance and repairs works carried out by external service providers.

Requirements:

1.     Minimum Nitec certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building/Facilities Management or relevant disciplines

2.     Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
